I never put clients in a box. What works for some, doesn't work for all. I create comprehensive training programs that make tracking your progress simple. Your goals are within reach; let's create a successful process together to achieve them.
Just like people, training comes in all shapes and sizes. Endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility can be achieved in many ways. Based on both skill level and desired outcomes, my workouts are inspired by weight training, aerobic exercise, HIIT, pilates, and my favorite ways to get moving, boxing and kickboxing. You'll keep showing up when you find something you enjoy.
